Few years back I happened to stop at the Knoxville farmer's market. Bought dried Tennessee Cherry Chiles (TCC's) from Jim which lasted me until about six months ago. I love these peppers so much, they're great to crush up and put on just about anything.

I contacted Jim to buy some more peppers, bought about 2lbs of TCC's from him and six sauces. All of the sauces are great. You can't go wrong with any choice you make from Jim. Given length constraints, I can't outline all of the sauces I bought fully.

Here's a list of the sauces I bought:
TCC, Fatali, Serrano, Trinidad, Six yellows, Caribbean hab.
They are all delicious, his heat ratings are pretty accurate.
