Product Information
Each order includes one lamp and one remote.
Please note that the remote battery is not included. The remote only works with a CR2025 battery, and other battery types are not suitable.
The lamp is powered by a USB cable and needs to remain plugged in while being used.
The light source is placed at the top of the lamp, and the wiring is intentionally left visible at the back as part of the design. Because of this, we do not accept refunds based on preferences regarding the wire placement.
Since every item is handmade, small imperfections such as light scratches on the wood or tiny bubbles may sometimes appear. In cases of serious defects, a partial refund may be available.

Before buying, please note
All of our items are made to order, so processing times are usually longer than ready-made products. Delays can sometimes happen, and we will let you know if your order requires additional time.
If you need your item for a gift or by a specific date, please message us before placing your order so we can confirm whether it is likely to arrive on time.
Delivery and Tracking
Most made-to-order items take around 1–2 weeks to produce, but processing times may become much longer during busy holiday seasons such as Christmas, so we recommend ordering early.
If your tracking status shows “Pre-transit,” this usually means the parcel is still on its way to the destination country, which often takes around 7–10 days. If there is still no update 10 days after dispatch, please contact us so we can help check on it for you.
Custom and personalised orders
All custom orders must be discussed with us through messages before an order is placed.
Once a custom order has been approved and started in production, it is non-refundable.
After an order has been shipped, refunds are not available unless the item arrives with a major defect, such as being broken or the light not working.
If you are unhappy with the completed custom item, we can offer one remake only.
Please also keep in mind that progress updates for custom orders are quite limited. If you would like more frequent updates, please message us directly.
