5 out of 5 starsBest possible experience. I wanted to customize a chair to coordinate with some existing furniture. Ashley was incredibly responsive, I always knew exactly where we were in the process. She was great about working around my summer travel schedule to make sure the chair arrived when we were home. The packaging was incredible, I don't think UPS could have damaged it if they tried. And the chair is just beautiful. And very well made, some beautiful craftsmanship here. This is Etsy at its best, letting you connect with real craftspeople across the country. I had never bought a piece of furniture this way before, but it was just a perfect experience. I could not be happier.

4 out of 5 starsTable is beautiful! Looks just like the photo. I got the 48" but got the leaf so I can extend for company. Very heavy, substantial piece. Seller answers messages quickly. If you have an important deadline/timing you may want to reach out about current processing time first. Placed order 7/31, confirmed finishes 8/5 (got samples first), picked up by shipper 12/14.

4 out of 5 starsThis item is hard to rate. I absolutely love our mantel! It’s beautiful and exactly what I was hoping for. However, it took way longer than expected and communication wasn’t great. When it arrived, a back corner was damaged from shipping. I wood glued it back and you can’t tell, but it was a bummer after the whole thing took months to arrive. Still, I enjoy looking at it every day.

Please treat your furniture gently. Coasters are recommended.
Avoid frequent/sudden changes in humidity and direct sunlight. We recommend placing your furniture in a climate-controlled area that is protected from direct sunlight and away from heating and cooling sources.
To clean we recommend using Rubio Monocoat's soap which is available on amazon prime or their website. Avoid exposure to harsh chemicals and abrasive cleaners.
F I N I S H E S
Our pieces are hand-finished with an eco-friendly, zero-VOC hardwax oil that creates a durable, water-resistant finish, resulting in a smooth matte finish.
S H I P P I N G
Our furniture is shipped blanket-wrapped and transported via private carrier and delivered curbside.
The carrier will schedule delivery ~24 hours ahead of time. Pieces often range between 100-200 lbs +, requiring multiple people to carry into your home and set up. Please make arrangements for assistance, as the delivery driver is unable to help.
Characteristics of wood furniture
Wood is a natural product that varies widely. Each piece has distinctive grain patterns, marks, color and textural variations. There may be "visible imperfections" that add to the charm and character of the furniture.
The wood we use is locally sourced and kiln dried to reduce movement.
Wood varies in hardness. Soft woods like pine are affordable but more prone to scratches and dents than hardwoods. Overtime a pine tabletop will become uniquely yours, preserving the memories of daily use.
