5 out of 5 starsThe seller was very responsive and helped me figure how to measure for the curtains. They arrived within the promised time. I am no fabrics expert but in my opinion the quality seems great. They are light and airy, and the stitching looks good. I chose the color 6, and they are quite a bit more yellow than I had imagined (in fact I believe the color is called 'mango'), but on the bright side it looks like then sun is living in my bedroom. My picture doesn't quite capture the color, and I also didn't iron them.

4 out of 5 starsCustomer service. We had a lot of miscommunication which led to problems. I explained and sent pictures of how I was going to hand the shades. I was told that it would be easy. Apparently, they did not understand, because with the sttachments I was sent, the shade could not be attached. Even after delivery there was miscommunication. We eventually had to purchase our own hooks to attach the shades. The linen is nice and well sewn. They look okay now but the parts were plastic which destroyed the overall look. Unfortunately I will not be purchasing from this seller.

5 out of 5 starsThe quality of these Roman shades is phenomenal! The color is exactly what we expected, the rods are sturdy, the stitching is beautiful, and they were so easy to install! My mother just had new windows installed & these were exactly what she wanted for her kitchen. She is very happy with how they look! Despite being hand-dyed fabric and created to a customized size, they were ready & shipped quickly, and arrived earlier than expected. I did have a very slight problem with shipping: I ordered 2 but only one arrived. The seller made it right immediately… they were so very quick to make another shade & ship it out to us, and they were so kind about the situation!
