It reminds me of the Beistle decorations, which are my favorites. I see the German Halloween tiara influence as well. This Etsy seller is truly great at her work. Item was well packed, shipped fast and safe. And I loved the extra Halloween treats that were included! From the design, color, size, etc. I would say this is one heck of Halloween decorative item!!
