At Rustic Poppy we specialize in Home Decor as well as Heat Press Apparel! I also love doing custom orders and I am working hard to add new items to the store each day!
Shipping Policy:
Current shipping and processing time is between 1-2 weeks for shirts.This does not include week-ends or holidays. Processing time may be longer during the holidays or if sickness arises in my family. If you place an order on a weekend the first business day after will be considered day 1 of the order.
All convos and e-mails are returned within 24 hours. Please use Etsy to message me!
Payment
We accept payment via PayPal & Direct Checkout.
Orders will be fulfilled upon payment receipt.
Sorry, no cancellations once payment has been received.
Shipping
We typically use USPS (US Postal Service) First Class Mail or Priority Flat Rate for US shipping. Larger orders will always be shipped via FedEx Ground or Express. We strive to provide cost-effective shipping. Approximate delivery times for the US are 2-5 business days once the package has shipped from our location. Once packages have a confirmed delivery we are no longer responsible for your purchase. If package is lost in the mail without a confirmed delivery we will replace what you have purchased. However, if it is lost in the mail because of a wrong address that you provided, it is out of our control, there is nothing we can do about it.
Refunds and Exchanges

I will be happy to refund you, as long as I receive the item back in perfect condition.
If your receive your order and it is damaged in any way, we now require a picture of the damaged goods. Thank you
