1 out of 5 starsIf this review is deleted it is bc the "seller" or their "bot" did not like mh review and wanted to silence me.... Straight up mail fraud was commited by the seller as its been 2 months since i ordered got my money back in a day bc paypal and upsis flagged my "item" as a fake shipping label that was created in NJ not texas and a 4 oz package waz "dropped off" in skokie illinois after getting picked up in palatine illinois where it has "sat there" since feb 9th... scam artists is what this seller is and their "service" was AI responses that simply said "i am in contact with the courier i will update you" and an update never came... this "shop" is a front for something...

5 out of 5 starsKnives were an awesome choice for a gift. Downside is that they didn’t arrive on time so I had to pay for them to be shipped to my nephew’s house. Nephew loves them and says they are great! Would definitely order from this store again

1 out of 5 starsI ordered a chef knife set that was described as handmade by the seller. When it arrived, it was not as described. The leather case showed signs of long-term storage and wear, including a strong old odor, rusted buckles, disintegrating tape on the box, and deep indentation marks on the leather case. I requested a refund on the day I received the item. The seller initially refused, citing that they were a new shop, and offered only a partial discount. After multiple messages, the seller agreed to a refund once the item was returned. I returned the item and provided proof of delivery, but the seller then delayed the refund again, offering replacements instead and later stating they could not refund due to lack of shop balance. I opened a case with Etsy and they immediately issue me a refund.

1 out of 5 starsItem never received. Shipping label created only. I had to dispute the charge (and won) with PayPal to receive my money back. This seller is a scammer. Update: I ordered these knives on Dec 16th, they were supposed to arrive by Dec 20th for a Christmas gift, they just arrived today, Jan 12th (almost a month later, asked him several times to cancel the order because the tracking info read that shipping label was created but not shipped. UPDATE: THE SELLER WILL NOT STOP MESSAGING AND HARASSING ME TO CHANGE MY REVIEW TO 5 STARS AFTER ASKING HIM TO STOP MESSAGING ME SEVERAL TIMES. UPDATE: DON’T BUY FROM THIS SELLER, HE IS CONTINUALLY HARASSING ME TO CHANGE MY REVIEW TO 5 STARS. UNFORTUNATELY YOU CANNOT BLOCK SELLERS FROM MESSAGING YOU. IF YOU DON’T WANT TO BE HARASSED I’D PURCHASE FROM ANOTHER RESPECTABLE SELLER.
