Damage and Lost Parcel//Order with an error
If you receive a damaged item or it is lost in transit, I will be very upset, but I will re-create your order and ship it to you or refund your payment. Be sure to email me immediately and send a photo of the damaged product.

Return and Exchange
Personalized products can NOT be returned or exchanged. I can create a new order and send it again with shipping charges. I can replace an order without personalization after I receive it in original condition.
