Our Story
The walls of our homes are a blank canvas where we place inspiration for ourselves, our family, and guests. Whether it’s a beautiful Gather sign to show warmth and hospitality to guests, or a favorite quote or Bible verse that we want to see every day, these bring life to our homes and we are passionate about the opportunity to bring them to your home through Rusticly Inspired Signs.
Through the years I have creatively expressed myself through different art forms but quotes and sayings were always a big part of my life. After spending many years of placing my creativity and passion in the background, I took a leap of faith, seized the opportunity to leave my full-time job in the medical field and became intentional about starting my own business. As any business just starting out, it began with small steps. Flash forward to today, with my husband Mike joining after a few years, our business has grown to include a small team of amazing people.
All of our wood signs are handmade in our western Nebraska shop. The designs are printed on, using a laser printer. We start by base coating and top coating each one by hand - sanded and distressed. Each sign is then printed using a high quality UV ink. The last step is sealing each one using a water based sealer. We are happy to do custom orders and personalized signs are the bulk of our business. We are inspired by our customers and the stories they share with us.
