5 out of 5 starsMy fireplace frame/mantle is absolutely BEAUTIFUL! Jeff's craftsmanship is top notch. The unit was built exactly as I ordered and even more gorgeous than I imagined. The quality wood fits in perfectly with my industrial farmhouse aesthetic. Jeff's customer service is outstanding. Despite the excellent packaging of my item, the carrier was very rough on it during shipping and unfortunately it arrived slightly damaged. I contacted Jeff and he immediately responded and spent a good amount of time talking with me and providing solutions to ensure I had a perfect item for my home. I highly recommend Jeff, his work and his integrity. I'll definitely be ordering more from RusticsByJeffBernier!
