I am completely rewriting my review! I had previously stated that I was unhappy due to a lack of communication resulting in the need for a refund. However, despite the refund being given I was then contacted by the seller with a very frank and open apology. The seller told me that they had completed my order, despite refunding my money, and would be sending it to me free of charge. Not only this, but I would receive a free gift. Well they both arrived today and I am over the moon with them! My original item was the Portal inspired bracelet, but in a larger size than shown. It's perfect! My free gift was the Arc Reactor necklace and I fell so instantly in love I just had to put it straight on! On top of this I was also emailed a money off voucher for a future purchase. I'm so impressed at the way the seller has handled this!
