Great communication letting me know they were holding off mailing due to the extreme hot weather and concern for the quality of their product which was very refreshing. Would definitely recommend purchasing from them.

Customs fees, import duties, and VAT
All local import duties & VAT are the responsibility of the buyer & that I will not falsify documentation as to help the buyer avoid that (mark item as gift, etc.)
Defective decal & Shipping damage policy
Due to the nature of decals, I cannot be responsible for damage due to improper application.
In the rare case that a decal is defective, it will be replaced free of charge. Please provide photos of the defect, DON'T THROW THE DECAL OUT before taking photos!
NO REPLACEMENTS WITHOUT PHOTOS!
If a decal is damaged in shipping it will be replaced free of charge. Please take photos of the damaged box and decals. Shipping insurance and I will need to see these photos to complete a claim.
