When will I receive my item(s)?
For custom items (except spice labels and extra-small cosmetic labels), proofs will be sent within 48 business hours and orders will ship within three business days from when the proof is approved.
The following shipping options are available within the United States:
: Standard (First-Class): 2-5 business days; Not guaranteed
: Priority: 1-3 business days; Not guaranteed
: Express: overnight; Guaranteed
Some international options are also available.
I will mail the order within my specified processing timeframe but I have no control over the mail delivery or shipping delays. Also, please keep in mind that USPS does not consider weekends and national holidays to be working days.
Custom and personalized orders
If your order requires design customization, please be on the lookout for a message with your proof(s). Kindly respond as soon as you can to avoid delay in shipping of your items. Proofs will be sent within 48 business hours and orders will be processed within three business days from when proofs are approved. If no action is taken on proofs within 3 business days, I will use the default design per your selection/description, but if I do not have enough details to proceed, the order will NOT be shipped out until an action is taken.
By default, except requested, proofs are not sent for pantry and spice labels, as well as extra small 0.5" cosmetic labels.
