A little smaller than I imagined but can't wait to hang it up

I am satisfied with the letter but it took an extremely long time to ship and be delivered, missing the date when I needed it by. I received the letter over a month after I paid for it. It also took a few follow-up emails on my part to find out what the delay was and to obtain a FedEx tracking number. Seller did refund cost of letter but not the shipping cost.

Item never shipped and I paid for it over a month ago. They haven't responded to any of my emails. Now what do I do?

Never shipped. Sent numerous emails and no communication at all. First communication I received was 4 days after I opened a case and disputed the charge. First bad experience through etsy. I understand that problems occur but the courtesy of an email is not that hard in my opinion .

"This Hello sign is a true delight! It had been a favorite of mine for a very long time, and I love it even more in person. It is such a lightweight wooden sign that I was able to hang it over our stairs with out fear or worry! It's really a fun little piece to have in our house. Totally recommend!"
