Custom and personalized orders
All orders will be processed according to the notes in the order. Please double check your notes 'spelling' before you place your order. Please check font, spelling and numbers for approval. Once approved by the client no refunds/changes will be accepted. If you would like a proof of an item just let me know
What if my item was received damaged?
In the event you receive a damaged item, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery. Please email a photo of the damaged item along with a description of the damage to be eligible for a free replacement. A new one will be made according to your order. You cannot change the order for replacement.
What if the item I received is wrong?
In the event you receive an item that was made in error, please send a photograph along with a description of the item. Replacement is at the discretion of the seller.
Shipping
We ship packages Monday through Friday. No shipment on Saturday or Sundays or Holidays.
Orders are generally processed within 72 hours. This can change from day to day depending on current order volume and/or holidays. Any change will be updated in the announcement area of the shop on each item. Processing time means this is the time it will take after receiving your order to make and/or engrave your purchase. Standard shipping will take about 3-8 business days. There is an upgrade shipping option available during check out.
International Shipping
Ryan's Custom Etch is not responsible for any customs fees that may encounter upon receiving the item/s.
Return to Sender Packages
If your order is returned to me because of the incorrect address, I will send you a message asking for the correct mailing address along with a link to purchase a new shipping label. Ryan's Custom Etch will not cover the charge to resend a package due to the wrong address that was submitted with the order. The package will be discarded after 3 months from the day I contact the customer.
Refund Policy
Refunds are only available if the product had a shop=responsible mistake and we are contacted with in 48 hours (2 days) of delivery date. Any mistake made in the shop notes or customization by the customer is non-refundable. Refunds are not available for personalized items. Please contact me with any questions or concerns.
Do you offer combined shipping?
Yes, Etsy automatically groups items based on their size and weight to calculate accurate shipping costs at checkout. To ensure proper calculation, please add all items to your cart before completing your purchase.
Please note that, on occasion, Etsy may overestimate shipping fees. If there is an overcharge of more than $1.00, I will issue a refund for the difference.
Care instructions
Since I sell a wide variety of vintage items and collectibles, including decor, apparel, and trading cards-- specific care instructions are not always included by the original manufacturer. When applicable, I'll provide basic care tips in the listing description.
For vintage and delicate items, I recommend handling with care, keeping them out of direct sunlight, and avoiding moisture to preserve condition. If you have questions about how to store or care for a specific item, feel free to message me.
