Frequently asked questions

Do you ship to the EU/UK?

Yes! This storefront has been specifically to accomodate shipping to these countries. You can also order from the US through Etsy, but you can also do so through my personal storefront @ saaiiro.com

When do you ship out orders?

Typically once a week, either monday or saturday! Sometimes due to workload or home events taking place shipping may take up to 2 weeks to ship out. If you need your order by a certain date please message me and I will see what I can do.

Are there protective films on the charms?

All of my charms come with protective film on either both sides or in the case of epoxy charms, one side. Some of the charms will have completely transparent film while others are frosted, please feel free to take this off or enjoy the extra protection!
