1 out of 5 starsI cannot even state how upset I am about the customer service and the lack of professionalism from this company. I ordered ivory ribbon and I upgraded to priority shipping because I needed it urgently for an order. When I opened the package the ribbon is green. I contacted the company right away and told them I got the wrong color. I asked them to please ship out the correct color, ivory, that I paid for and I expected them to ship it via express since I paid for priority and they shipped me the wrong color. They got back to me fairly quickly and advised that they are out of stock of the ivory color. So basically they sent me green ribbon knowing that they were out of stock on the ivory. They could have just contacted me and told me that they were out of stock but instead they sent me the incorrect color knowingly!

1 out of 5 starsSeller never sent 2 pks old clothes pins as ordered. New, weak, short, bamboo Walmart "clothespins" instead. Wouldn't hold a feather on an outside line in a 5 mph wind. But first they sent rolls of pennies. Wha?.. Negative stars, if possible. Ship on time? NOT.
