I adore my ring from SAMnSUE. It’s beautiful and I’m very pleased with the product. They were gracious enough to get my ring to me earlier than the quoted timeframe. While I’m very appreciative of them making that happen. I’m disappointed that I still have not received the appraisal certificate I requested at time of purchase. I’ve even sent follow up emails requesting the certificate and I’ve received no response from SAMnSUE.
