The Story…
SAVIA-DESIGN is a creative vision of The Art of Handmade, a combination of different cultures, combined with modern creative designs. Focused on bright colored one of a kind pieces of art and home furnishings.
The Designer
Originally Syrian founder of SAVIA-DESIGN Savia Bassali, was born in Damascus, studied at the Arab International University in Syria, before she finally settled in Houston, Texas, USA.
Her passion for modern and traditional designs, fascinated by different cultures and still believing in the value of handmade work, Savia decided to put her eye for colorful details into a handmade home furnishing line.
Savia creates simple designs, using a fusion of modern and traditional patterns, presenting them in a vibrant colorful way!
Taking inspiration from, the beautiful memories of her home town Syria, other cultures that she was influenced by, and every day surroundings, leads her for more creations.
