4 out of 5 starsThe item itself is great quality, but my order wasn’t even processed until well after the shipping window had ended. I had to reach out to the seller in order to ask where my order was. And then it took an additional week or so to process and ship. Overall, seller was very apologetic and communicative, but the item was for a gift and even ordering with time in advance it still took 20+ days to get to me when the listing says 5-7
