Great experience! There was a mishap with the postal service not updating the tracking number and it looked like the item was lost. Seller reached out to me and ensured she was taking care of things and starting an investigation. The cup ended up showing up by the end of the week, and it looks great! She has excellent customer service and I am so excited about the cup.
