Production, Shipping & Fulfillment
Orders are made to order. Production typically takes 2–7 business days, with longer timelines during peak seasons. Shipping times vary by location and are shown at checkout.
We ship worldwide. Orders may be fulfilled by trusted production partners depending on availability and your region. Buyers are responsible for any applicable customs or import fees. Customs processing times are outside our control.
Address Changes & Order Updates
Please review your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you notice an error, message us as soon as possible. Once an order enters production or has shipped, changes cannot be made.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees will apply.
Refund & Exchange Policy
Because items are made to order, returns and exchanges are not accepted. Please review your order carefully before checkout.
If you experience a concern upon arrival, reach out — we’re happy to help where possible.
Once an order is marked as delivered to the address provided, we are unable to issue refunds for lost or stolen packages.
Sizing
All apparel is unisex and designed for a relaxed, true-to-size fit. For an oversized look, size up 1–2 sizes. For a more fitted feel, consider sizing down one size.
