2 out of 5 starsI can't recommend this item. At HO scale, the detailing is too minute. I'm an architect and have lots of model-making experience, and this is extremely challenging. The stairs are impossible considering the stock of the cardboard. I ended up buying plastic tubing from Plastruct to build the stairs. Also, the instructions are sketchy at best: some parts aren't even mentioned.

Hello Peter Thank you for your feedback, I will have a look at the instruction & make corrections along with the steps, sorry you had a bad experience with the building process.

2 out of 5 starsThe item was late, but the store contacted me & included another mini-model as compensation. However, I am disappointed in the product considering the price. These are plans copied onto light card stock--each piece has to be cut, scored and folded--they are not punched or pre-scored. I had a model from another company that was pre-punched and printed--not xeroxed--onto a coated card stock so when I scored the folds, the paper didn't crack or break off. I did enjoy putting the model together but thought the instructions could be clearer. I liked the product, but there is room for improvement. This should have been priced at $20. I bought a castle model from another company at about that price--so if the paper is cheap, I won't feel ripped-off. I did feel a littled ripped-off by the quality of this model.

Hello leonandbutch Hello leonandbutch I am sorry you had a bad experience with my product. I have taken years to develop a collection of Unique one of a kind Architectural Model Kits, Designed to give the builder the experience of physically cutting, scoring, folding, taping & gluing each piece. I state at the end of each description, They are CUT & ASSEMBLE STYLE MODEL KITS, Printed from my home office on 80lb card stock paper. They are not "Copied" or " xeroxed" I print from an Epson Stylus Photo 1400. I do apologize for the quality on your particular Model Kit, I clearly Missed it & would have gladly given you a re-fund or Printed you a new model kit free of charge if you would told me upon opening your Architectural Model Kit. Thank You SD-1

5 out of 5 starsWe are new to the train game and we have been trying to figure out the best (price wise and entertainment wise) way to place structures. These structures were fun to make and they are pretty sturdy.

1 out of 5 starsThe item wasn’t shipped and delivered on time. Even after 3 weeks I didn’t get it. The seller didn’t respond to my inquiries. Totally disappointed. Do not recommend at all!

Item was sent, I went out of town, Came back to find that the Model kit was Lost in the mail by USPS. I told the buyer this information, Then i had to take a few days to print another one & resend it, Yes I was out of contact with the buyer for a few days 1, while i tried to track down the package, & 2 while i printed the 2nd Model, I got back to her after the model was sent. Its International shipping so it took time. I am sorry it was not a smoother transaction, When mail is lost with USPS International, I cannot do anything till i am notified from the post office.

1 out of 5 starsMuch too small for adult hands here. This is ALL unperforated paper with MANY steps and tiny shapes to deal with. Had to throw away. Wasted money unfortunately.
