We experienced an issue the 1st time we tried to order our rings that was no fault of Robert's. We were finally able to reorder our rings and they are better than could have been expected! Well-made and affordable. Robert stayed in contact with me during the whole process and ensured that a particular engraving was also included inside our rings before he shipped them! Great customer service, great experience, and we could not be happier with our rings! Thanks so much Robert!!
