No response, even after the 48 hour wait for the final copy. It’s been almost 3 days. Terrible customer service, and I’d rather just get a refund now. Edit: Seller did issue refund and communicated that they did not receive my notes that I sent at purchase. I appreciate their response and their acceptance of giving me a refund.

Seller should make it VERY CLEAR upfront that the file is NOT self-customizable. If knew that, I would not have made the purchase!

Did not even take 24 hours!! It was done exactly how I wanted it!! I could not be more happy!!!

The seller says you can have 3 edits within 48 hours but then doesn’t respond to any messages once the initial item has been done so no edits could be made. I tried to contact the seller multiple times but no response was received. The item is designed well but one line was removed which I didn’t think would be so asked for it to be added back in with another small amendment and got nothing back. Disappointed.

This was the worst customer service I've ever experienced on Etsy. She sent me an incorrect file with the wrong party time. Then after days of waiting she sent the wrong invitation. The file didn't work. I asked again and she fought me over it instead of attempting to correct her mistake and resend she argued with me and refused a refund. I ended up having to send out an incorrect birthday invite and write on them with sharpie marker the corrected time. I'm so disappointed. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. I'll be disputing this with my bank since I NEVER received a corrected working file. Jeanete
