Do you have restocking fees on returns?

What’s your turnaround time?
Our custom orders take around 4 weeks.
Are your Roman shades washable?
Yes. You can easily take the fabric part off. We have a video show you how to put it back on. You can always order new fabric part if you want to keep more than one set of colors/styles.
Do you make customized Roman shades?
Yes. All our roman shades will be customized. We make more sizes than what’s listed in the drop menu, please message for detailed requests.
How do I get rid of the wrinkles?
Hand hold Steamer works well if your shade is already hung.
