GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
STANDARD SHIPPING: All US orders are shipped via USPS. Canada orders are shipped with Canada Post. International orders are shipped Canada Post. Full tracking included for all orders. EXPEDITED SHIPPING OPTIONS are available at checkout. Please feel free to contact us with any questions, especially if you need your item(s) by a certain date!
US ORDERS
All US orders are shipped standard via USPS First Class mail. Due to our use of a forwarding company, USPS shipping labels are pre-printed, dropped off at the forwarding company and are taken across the border to be shipped via USPS.
You will receive your tracking number with your shipment notification email.
Any packages that are deemed "non-deliverable" by USPS will be returned to our forwarding company who charges a CAD$7 fee for return processing - payment of this fee is the customer's responsibility. Please make sure your shipping address is correct, we cannot be held responsible for the loss of "non-deliverable" packages.
Can you rush my order?
We will do our best to ship out your order as soon as possible. During very busy times, it may take the full stated processing time. Processing times vary item to item and can be found in their respective listings. If you have a specific time you are planning to wear your item, please try and place your order well in advance.
I need my order to arrive by a certain date, what should I do?
If your order must arrive to you by a certain date, whether it be for a special event or a gift, please get in touch with us to ask our current processing time. We will do our best to accommodate but we cannot guarantee the arrival of an order by a certain date. All stated delivery times are estimates, not guarantees so we recommend you make sure you allow as much time as possible for your order to arrive by the date you need it.
RETURNS
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Your item must be unworn and in its original packaging. Please contact us before returning your item for authorization. A full refund is not guaranteed if return is made without authorization.
Original shipping costs will be deducted from each refund to cover the amount we originally paid to ship the package. Returns of certain items will be charged a 25% restocking fee.
Certain items are NOT eligible for return/exchange. Please contact us to confirm.
INCORRECT ADDRESS/RETURNED PACKAGE FEE
Contact us for information if your package has been returned to sender due to providing an incorrect address. Please be aware there are processing fees for packages returned to sender.
EXCHANGES
Please note that while we do accept exchanges, all shipping costs will be at the expense of the customer. We also charge a small "rework" fee per item which compensates us for time spent creating your new piece :) You will be expected to cover these costs unless the exchange is due to a defect or mistake on our part.
Exchanged items aren't eligible for free shipping.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International orders are shipped via Canada Post with full tracking and liability insurance.
Your order will be processed within the stated processing time and, once shipped, should arrive to you within 7-21 business days. We are not responsible for any delays at Customs.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct, we cannot be held responsible for the loss of "non-deliverable" packages.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS / DUTY CHARGES
PLEASE BE AWARE that your national postal service will complete the delivery of your order. We have NO control over your country's customs officials. Some countries will charge duties and tax and others will not, and all at different rates! You are responsible for knowing your country’s customs and duty policies and any customs fees are solely the customer's responsibility.
Also, please be mindful when adding your shipping address. We cannot take responsibility for lost parcels, parcels returned to sender due to incorrect address, items damaged during shipment or any postal service delays.
CANADA ORDERS
All Canada orders will be shipped via CANADA POST which includes tracking and liability insurance. Your order will be processed within the stated processing time and, once shipped, should arrive to you within 2-10 business days. Due to our use of a forwarding company for our flat rate standard shipping within Canada, this option takes 1-4 days longer than the Expedited Parcel service for which we drop off directly with Canada Post.
We offer 2 express shipping upgrades at checkout:
• Canada Post's XpressPost Service - 2-3 BUSINESS DAY DELIVERY
• Canada Post's Expedited Parcel Service - 2-5 BUSINESS DAY DELIVERY
🔔 All Canada orders will be charged sales tax according to your province of residence.
