4 out of 5 starsThe finished dress did not fit as expected, and the quality differed from what I had anticipated. Unfortunately, some alterations were visibly noticeable, and the under-bust lining was visible from the outside. In retrospect, my communication regarding the measurements was not as clear as it could have been, which contributed to the dress being much shorter than I had hoped. That said, the seller was responsive throughout the process and communication was good. We were able to discuss the issue and reach a resolution, and the seller has offered a full refund. While the dress ultimately was not wearable for me, I appreciate the professional communication and willingness to resolve the situation.

Custom and personalized orders
The package is carefully packed in our branded bag, then wrapped in tissue paper, with a sticker and inserts added. After that, it’s placed in our signature box, and finally, the postal box is added on top for extra protection.
