星 5 個のうち 2 個Plans do not outline every aspect to complete the project to include necessary items to complete the trim, doors or hardware. If I buy plans I expect all the components of the pictured item to be included in the plans I purchase so I can complete the project. Also, plans were not very descriptive in comparison to other competitors. I would not recommend using these plans if you are a beginner. I will likely not use this individuals plans in the future.

Hi Franklin, I’m sorry for the confusion. The listing does note that this item has 3 Printable Crossword Puzzles for Adults, but I completely understand how that could have been overlooked. I am sorry that you felt so disappointed. I do hope you enjoyed the 3 puzzles you received. Thank you for your purchase.

How do I download my purchase?
After your payment is confirmed, Etsy will send you an email with a download link. You can also access your files anytime by going to:

Custom and personalized orders
Yes! Most of our templates are fully editable using tools like Canva.
Do I need special software to use the files?
No, Editable templates may require Canva (free account).
Can I print the planners?
Absolutely! All our planners and templates are print-ready and designed for high-quality printing at home or through a print shop.
Do you offer refunds?
