WHERE DO I LOCATE MY FILE(S)?
1. After placing your order, look for an email from CORJL . It will be sent to your email address on file with Etsy.
2. Download and fully read the instructions that accompany your order.
3. Follow the link in the email from Corjl to access your design(s).

HOW LONG CAN I ACCESS MY FILES?
Your file(s) will be available for 3 months, with Limited ONE TIME USE downloads as described in each item details within those 3 months.

CAN YOU PRINT MY DESIGN AFTER I EDIT IT?
Unfortunately we do not provide print services at this time.

CAN I EDIT ON MY PHONE OR TABLET?
All CORJL designs can be edited on your mobile device, however, Advanced edits MUST be done on your computer.

When choosing a print lab, your printed design should come out close to what appears on your monitor. If it doesn't, there may be a problem on the printing end. Any printing issues will need to be resolved between you and the print shop. We do not have control over the printing process due to the variations in equipment, paper type/quality, ink quality and operator. We always recommend doing a test print at different labs until you find the one that prints the best quality for your needs.
