CANCELED ORDERS: The cancellation of the order can be requested within 48 hours of purchase.
Wrong Address? If your purchase is returned to me undeliverable for any reason, additional mailing charges will be asked for to resend your parcel. Additionally, SMakeIT will not be held responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses or full name not given at time of purchase. Please pay attention!

Custom work may not be returned as the item will be made to your specifications; nor can quantities purchased of two or more of the same item be returned as this qualifies as a special or custom order and/or I was asked to provide said quantity. A non-refundable deposit will be asked for to start custom orders. Once the item is finished and listed for purchase, if it is not purchased within two weeks of order started, it will be listed as a regular store item and will no longer be available to original customer.

Please note that magnetic necklaces should not be worn by anyone with pacemakers.

Once you have purchased an item from me it is now out of my hands what is done with the item, you now take full responsibility for what happens with the item once purchased. For example, if you gave one of my necklaces to a baby or toddler and they chewed, sucked or swallowed it and became sick; or they perhaps got poked with a wire that had come loose from the chewing, you are to blame, not me. Items made here are for adults and/or for people who understand my warnings and use common sense and judgment with what or who they give my creations to. When you buy from me you have agreed to my policies and terms, and take full responsibility for what is done with the item that you purchased. So please take care that these items do not get into the little (or not so little) hands that don't know any better. All products sold are not intended for use by children under 14 years of age.
