5 out of 5 starsWe experienced a large power surge in my house that burned out the circuit board in my Bernina 1030. My local store was unable to repair it, but SOS Sewing Machines repaired the board, returning the machine to perfect operation. He also installed a new LED lighting system which really lights up the sewing area, and he fixed a couple other things on the machine that were not working properly. Altogether, SOS Machines did a terrific job at a very reasonable price! I heartily recommend them.

5 out of 5 starsSOS provided us with an amazing PFAFF 7570, and in excellent condition !! We love it !! There is no possible way the machine could have been damaged in transit, not with the way SOS packed it :-) If you need a great machine at a reasonable price, use SOS - they knocked it out of the ballpark for us !!

5 out of 5 starsThe sewing machine arrived at my Virginia home swathed in shipping materials. I plugged her in and took her for a spin. Her stitching is beautiful, tension is perfect, the lighting is very bright and the specialty stitches worked wonderfully on a patching job. This is a lovely testament to the shipping package, and the fine work SOS Machines did in her spa treatment. My previous Bernina 1230 parts fit her well. I am looking forward to a great relationship with this machine and have been very pleased with the work she’s done in less than 24 hours. Thank you, SOS Machines! You were amazing to work with and I appreciate your prompt attention to my questions. My sewing mojo is back!
