What are the care instructions for my new tumbler?
To prolong the life of your handmade tumbler, we highly recommend to:
-HAND WASH ONLY.
-AVOID SCRUBBING OR USING ABRASIVE DETERGENTS.
-DO NOT SOAK.
-NOT MICROWAVE SAFE
-NOT DISHWASHER SAFE
-DO NOT EXPOSE YOUR TUMBLER TO HIGH TEMPERATURES FOR A LONG PERIOD OF TIME.
Can I send you a photo of a tumbler that I like?
Of Course! I often have customers contact me and ask if I can create a certain tumbler by providing a picture, HOWEVER you have to understand that when I agree to complete these tumblers, I am not guaranteeing that my glitters will be the exact shade of the glitter in your picture. If you want the exact shade, please order from the original maker. I am not held responsible for this variation. I will always contact you with any color or variation issues!
What is your process after making my tumbler?
I will clean the cups removing excess epoxy and spraying down with goof off to remove any remaining remnants. Sometimes I notice major imperfections during this process requiring me to add an additional coat of epoxy. THIS WILL DELAY THE SHIPMENT OF YOUR TUMBLER. However, I am human and I do often times miss some things. Tumblers are handmade so there will be times that minor imperfections are unavoidable.
Will you send me updates on my order?
Unfortunately, if sent updates for every single order, I would never get any work done. You are welcome to message me and ask for updates on your order!

Care instructions
These are handmade with love, small imperfections (bubbles, waves, color mixing, glitter specks) may be present, are normal, and are not considered defects. No two items will be identical!!! These cups should NEVER be washed in the dishwasher or soaked for extended periods of time. Hand wash only!!
