I design all my items to withstand normal wear and tear and all should function perfectly. I also utilize specific types of plastic depending on use case, so that the item will be as durable as possible. While printed items are strong, they are not as strong as injection molded plastic, so if you attempt to snap them, they will eventually break.

The process of 3d printing sometimes causes tiny whisps of "hair" that you might see on a corner or edge of your item. Think of how stringy hot glue guns can be, and you get the idea. These tiny "hairs" can be removed very easily and are nothing to be concerned of. I do my best to clean up all items before they go out the door, but you might see a tiny bit of stringing and this is completely normal. If they are particularly bothersome, a toothpick usually allows you to remove them without damaging the item.

All Items are made to order. I typically get orders shipped out 7-10 days from the date of purchase. Holiday seasons push that timeline back a few days to about 14 days. All orders are processed in the order they are received.
