I ordered 3 weeks ago, it didn't arrive by the last date and I'm not getting any feedback from the supplier about the status of the order.

Never again will I shop at this store. My order wasn't processed for weeks, and the delivery date has passed. I only received a response after my third inquiry, and then they said, "Sorry, I was away over the weekend and didn't have my phone with me." But the order remained unprocessed for about three weeks. I then canceled the order and still received no response. After that, I opened a case with Etsy, which was resolved within two days, and I had my money back in my account. Thanks again to Etsy for the quick and easy refund. NEVER AGAIN AT THIS SHOP!!!

Nie wieder in diesem Shop, die Bestellung wurde wochenlang nicht bearbeitet, der Liefertermin ist verstrichen. Eine Antwort kam erst nach der 3. Nachfrage und dann hieß es, sorry war über das Wochenende nicht da und hatte kein Handy dabei. Die Bestellung war aber ca. 3 Wochen unbearbeitet. Hatte dann die Bestellung storniert und wieder keine Antwort erhalten. Danach hatte ich einen Fall bei Etsy eröffnet, dieser wurde dann innerhalb von 2 Tagen abgewickelt und ich hatte mein Geld wieder auf meinem Konto. Nochmal vielen Dank an Etsy für die schnelle, unbürokratische Rückabwicklung. NIE WIEDER IN DIESEM SHOP!!!
