In an effort to be environmentally friendly I try to recycle some packaging material when possible. This means boxes and most packaging material will be re used .However I pride myself in packing items as securely as possible and I use bubble wrap for fragile items. Bubble wrap can be re used or recycled. Most supermarkets accept bubble wrap in their recycle bins.

If an item is marked as gift I will use new or unmarked boxes.

I pride myself in providing a pleasant shopping experience for you. If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me immediately and I will do my best to make it right.

If an item was damaged in transit please contact me immediately with photos of the damage and packaging and keep both until further notice.
in the event a Return will be approved- the item needs to be returned withing 7 calendar days from day the order was delivered.


If you feel you need to return an item due to other reasons out of my control, I will refund the purchase price only after receiving the item back in the same condition. buyer pays return shipping.

If an item is listed as free first class shipping and you would rather pay additional for priority mail please message me and I will create a listing for you to pay for priority shipping.
The same applies to items that have shipping costs for first class and you would like to upgrade at an additional cost to priority mail.
Extra fees will vary by size and weight of the item.

I track all orders daily -if your package was delivered and the carrier confirmed delivery but you suspect the package was stolen at your place, we are not responsible for stolen packages but will gladly assist you in filing a police report.

Please kindly note that USPS announced to expect slowdowns in package deliveries/ transit times due to their implementation of new service standards- starting October 1st. I hope it will not impact the delivery times to much but sadly have no control over extended transit times.
