5 out of 5 starsBirthday gift coffee mug was a *huge* success! My sister called shortly after receiving it and we laughed and laughed over all the funny sayings. Also, the item shipped fairly quickly and was delivered within 5-6 days. Didn't need any customer service but gave full marks based on the overall experience.

5 out of 5 starsPillow cover is VERY well made. I had trouble getting it on the enclosed pillow. I feel the zipper should be longer to facilitate that. Otherwise, it's adorable in my sunroom!
