We offer refunds on damaged posters, as from time to time they may take a few knocks in transit. Please send pictures to confirm their damage and condition, as well as pictures of the poster tube. PLEASE NOTE: The refund will be for the poster ONLY. And not the postage and packaging. For example if you're ordering from North America and the order price is £23. We will refund the £18 for the poster, and not the £5 for the postage cost/tax which we pay.
