I ordered glasses 3 years ago and asked for the same glasses to be made again. There was a short delay in shipping due to a vendor change but seller was VERY communicative about this. Glasses showed up quickly once shipped and were wonderful quality. We will continue to order from them if more glasses for our B&B are needed.

Good quality glasses. Etching itself is great. Just wish the letters were white or some other option to make the writing a bit more obvious. Had guests use them & they didn't notice they had writing on them for a while. But I would still repurchase.
