Hello! Aoibhe contacted me privately recently. Due to Covid-19 and the distance their package was being shipped it was delayed massively (they had ordered 3 months ago at the time of writing) and still hasn't arrived. They contacted me for a refund, which I agreed to go through with given the situation. I apologize that the item never arrived, however we did reach a agreement prior to this review. Given the circumstances the world is in right now, this was out of my control.
