Beautiful rug. However, I didn't think it looked good in my interior, so I contacted the seller multiple times regarding my wish to return the rug. Doing so via FedEx as a private individual is a hopeless task. Only chatbots, no staff to speak to. The site refers to the seller who has to create a return label. The seller says I have to arrange shipping to India from the Netherlands. I got nowhere with this. The return was unsuccessful within 30 days.

Mooi vloerkleed. Ik vond het alleen niet mooi staan in mijn interieur, dus meerdere keren contact gezocht met verkoper ivm mijn wens het kleed te retourneren. Via FedEx is dat als particulier onbegonnen werk. Alleen chatbots, geen personeel waar je mee kunt spreken. Site verwijst naar de verkoper die een retourlabel moet aanmaken. Verkoper zegt dat ik verzending naar India vanuit Nederland moet regelen. Ik kwam er niet verder mee. Retourneren niet gelukt binnen 30 dagen.
