Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of body care ingredients and coffee, we do not accept returns on opened products.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please message us within 48 hours with photos and we will make it right.

Shipping Notes
Cocoa butter can soften or melt in warm weather. If your product arrives soft, allow it to cool at room temperature or refrigerate briefly. This does not affect quality.
