I love this journal!! It’s super comprehensive for covering all the things I want to touch on in a daily journal entry.

This journal is by far the best I’ve seen and used. It’s easy to follow and commit to. I look to journaling and keeping track of my mood and feelings. This journal has allowed me to better express myself to myself and reflect.

This journal is exactly what I’ve been looking for. I’ve always had a hard time identifying my feelings and this journal has really helped me with just that. I love the layout of the entry pages, it’s been so nice to categorize my entries and be able to find old entries easily. It kind of feels like the narrative of my life lol if you’re considering this journal, just get it, you’ll love it

I'm loving this Journal!! It's so easy to use, has so many tools within it, and it just the perfect amount templated where it still allows me to have control over my entries. The 3 questions at the end of each entry have totally changed the way I think! 100% recommend.
