I've been photographing since the early days of digital cameras. That combination of immediacy and creative control hooked me straight away. I spent time with film too, learning black and white development and briefly collecting cameras before settling into digital and mirrorless systems. Even though I enjoy digital's immediacy, working with film taught me composition and patience as well.
My approach varies. Sometimes I arrive in a city with a specific vision to capture something unique to that location. Other times I just walk and watch, looking for those quick, fleeting moments that reveal something about a place and the people in it. Street photography rewards persistence and presence but without encroaching on others.
Each print in this shop represents that mix: careful composition meeting spontaneous discovery.
