The idea behind Salt and Splinter has been kicking around for a few years. Bill and I have been building and creating furniture for our families because of the passion for the craft and the love of doing something with your own hands. Salt and Splinter started because we like everyone else were stuck inside for quarantine. Worrying about our future and wanting to do something about it we started talking about starting a business. Here we are a few months later launching our first online presence with Etsy and working on new ideas everyday.


*Our items are handmade in our one of our shops in NJ and the product you receive my differ slightly from the pictures due to the nature of wood grain and stain.
