SHIPPING UPDATES:
ever since the start of this year, and ESPECIALLY after the ice storm at the end of january that hit a large portion of the east coast (where i live), there have been significantly more lost orders/delayed shipping times/confusion across the board with anything going through USPS. this is partly due to new processing systems/restructuring/understaffing at USPS that are now starting to extend shipping times overall, as well as the huge backups after the ice storm halted much of USPS operations for a week or more in many, many areas.

ive noticed that its now starting to take anywhere between 1-4 weeks for normal letter mail to be delivered, which is wayyyyyyy longer than i think anyone is used to. packages (like bubble mailers) are typically taking between 1-2 weeks.

for reference, ALL orders from my shop that only contain stickers, sticker sheets, sticker packs, or postcards are shipped through lettermail to keep shipping costs lower. any order that contains pinback buttons are shipped with a bubble mailer, as well as any orders that total over $35 i also ship in a bubble mailer (unless your order contains an 8.5x11" art print, in which case it is mailed in a rigid flat envelope mailer to keep it from getting bent in the delivery process)

letter mail/rigid mailer tracking is handled through Pitney Bowes, a shipping partner of etsy, and your tracking will only appear on etsy and NOT USPS, even though USPS is delivering it. some lettermail gets tracking updates, but some dont get any updates at all. its very frustrating. if theres no updates- it doesnt mean its lost, but if it hasnt arrive to you within 3 weeks at most-PLEASE let me know so i can send a replacement!

since tr/ump came back into office, the USPS has noticeably gone downhill (like most things) and i think that a lot of people who dont deal with shipping things as often as me/other shop owners just might not know about these issues (especially because it is SO much slower than amazon).

please try to be patient, as i am doing my absolute best to get your orders to you safe and sound in the best way i can, i am not given any extra information about your order/tracking than what you can see on your end. once i drop orders at the post office we are simply subject to the whims of the postal service! trust me when i say that i wish i could hand deliver them all to ensure their safe delivery!
