📋 Cancellation Policy (11/1/23-Current);
We are currently not accepting cancellations due to the high volume of orders we are processing. By purchasing an item from SalvagedChic Market, you are agreeing to our terms and services. Lead times and product information is clearly listed on every item prior to, during, and after purchase.

📫 Shipping Updates 2024;
Shipping times are very unpredictable in this post-Covid world. We are in an unprecedented time with the after effects of the pandemic, supply chain issues and on going workforce shortages. The shipping industry across the US has been heavily impacted by the changes over the last few years. Please know we are staying constantly updated on shipping delays. Once an item ships, please allow 24-48 hours for the USPS system to update with tracking information. If an item continues to show “Pre-Transit” please send us an email. We will be happy to take a look and provide all available information directly from the shipping carrier. This does NOT mean your item has not shipped, this can mean a multitude of things during busy shipping seasons. The day you receive a shipment confirmation from us, is the day your item was handed over to USPS or the respective carrier.

📦 Rush Order; If an item is needed by a certain date, you MUST reach out prior to purchasing to ensure we are able to accommodate by the date needed and shipping upgrades are available at that time.

📍While we strive to always create unique and uniform products that are as close as possible to the listing images, please keep in mind these items are handmade and hand painted. Over the last few years as we have moved into a post-Covid world, many of our suppliers have experienced the residing impact of supply chain shortages and manufacturing issues. We have tried to maintain all of the same products and quality for our items, but please keep in mind there may be slight variances from product to product.
