4 out of 5 starsOkay so these are really cute and i love them and the cosmo and wanda ones but i cant lie, they turned my peircings so green and they were painful to have in, BUT thankfully they gave me a replacement and im really greatful for their kindness, hope the orginal pair doesnt effect anyone else :-)

I wrote asking her if she would consider making a specific size of rice bag, to help with a medical condition I have, and she did not hesitate. She went above and beyond in all ways, and the result is I have been able to find some pain relief. Thanks to her wizardry with a thoughtful design and lovely fabrics along with her professional acumen, I am over the moon about both her and her company. Thank you, thank you! What happens if I do not cancel within 24hrs of placing my order?
After 24hrs we will make your item. Once it is made, it is deemed perishable and will have an expiration. Perishable items are not valid for returns thus can't be canceled.
What if I have a reaction to the product?
If you react, please contact us with images. Once the item is used, we can't resell the item. However, you will be able to choose something else of equal value.
Tracking says it's delivered, but I haven't received it.
Due to possible shipping delays, please allow an extra 2-3 days. If you still do not receive the package, then make a claim with USPS, as there is insurance when shipping is purchased. If you need further help, please contact us :-) Once the package has been shipped, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Package was damaged during shipping?
Were the contents damaged or just the box? If it is the box and the items are fine, then no need to fret. If the contents were damaged, please send us pictures and we will gladly help with a replacement. IMAGES ARE REQUIRED. If you do not send us images, then no replacement will be sent.
