What is the Returns Policy
Because our premium mugs are custom-made to order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has entered production.
The "Broken On Arrival" (Damaged In Transit) Policy
Your satisfaction is our highest priority. If your mug arrives damaged during transit, or if there is a manufacturing defect with the printing, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery. Please include clear photos of the damage/defect and the packaging, and we will promptly send a replacement at no additional cost to you.
Instant Resolution: Once photos verify transit damage, issue an immediate free replacement or full refund without requiring a return.
Require Photo Evidence for Transit Damage
We Require photographic proof of both the damaged mug and the shipping box before triggering a free Printify replacement.
Strict Cancellation Window
We've set a strict 1-hour window for cancellations after purchase. Once the order syncs to Printify, it cannot be stopped.
For 100% Fully Customized/Personalized Orders
Final Sale Policy: Explicitly state that custom or personalized orders cannot be returned or exchanged simply due to buyer's remorse or minor color variations.

15% Restocking Fee on Made-to-Order Mug Returns that are Approved
If Samaritan Tea Shop accepts a return on a Made-to-Order Collection mug, we will deduct a small 15% restocking fee to cover the labor of unpacking, quality-checking, cleaning, and restocking fragile goods into our warehouse inventory.
