WATERPROOF JEWELRY:
- Avoid harsh chemicals and abrasive materials.
- After water exposure, let your jewelry fully dry when not in use.
- Rinse with fresh water after saltwater exposure and pat dry.
- Optional: Remove before exercising to avoid entanglement.

NATURAL & LEATHER CORD JEWELRY:
- Remove before swimming or showering to prevent damage.
- Remove before exercising to avoid excessive sweat exposure.
- Handle leather cords gently to avoid snapping.
- For double slip knot necklaces, adjust one knot at a time to avoid damage.

Each jewelry piece at Same Sun Co is thoughtfully designed to adjust and fit most sizes. To find your perfect neck, wrist, or ankle size:

If you don’t have a seamstress tape measure on hand, simply use a piece of yarn or string. Wrap it gently around your neck, wrist, or ankle to your desired comfort, marking where the ends meet. Then, lay the string flat against a ruler and note the length.

Due to the unique nature of cord jewelry and for hygienic reasons, we are unable to accept returns in our shop. However, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you encounter any issues with your order, please contact us immediately so we can address your concerns. We handle inquiries on a case-by-case basis, with the ultimate goal of ensuring our customers are happy with their experience.

To ensure this, we meticulously inspect each piece at every stage of its creation—from raw materials to handcrafting, and our careful packaging process. However, if you feel that your item has arrived damaged or defective, please reach out to us immediately with a clear photo of the item. Kindly note, we are unable to accept inquiries beyond 3 days from the posted delivery date.

Please understand that we cannot be held responsible for any damage caused by buyer error or mishandling, such as tangled cords or broken stones from dropping. We urge customers to handle their purchase with care.

We estimate international delivery times to be about a month, though they can vary by country. Some packages may arrive faster, while others take longer. Etsy delivery times are always estimates, never guaranteed. Once the package is with our shipping provider, the arrival time depends on the carrier and is beyond our control.

For pricing, we rely on Etsy's calculated shipping tool, which determines cost based on your location, the size of the package, and carrier rates. Unfortunately, we cannot lower the shipping rates on our end.

Kindly double-check that your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase. If you need to make changes to your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible. 

It's important that all buyers provide a correct and valid shipping address at checkout. If an address entered is invalid or inaccurate, we are not responsible for replacing items or reshipping packages that are returned to us. If this occurs, the buyer will need to cover the shipping costs to resend the items to the correct address.

If we notice an invalid address, we may reach out to you for corrections. However, if we do not hear back from you before your package is due to ship, we may need to cancel and refund your order.

SAME SUN CO is not responsible for replacing orders stolen from your mailbox or front porch. Mail theft is a felony and should be reported to local authorities. If a package is marked as delivered by the post office, we must accept that as proof of delivery. A refund or replacement is only possible if a police report is filed and sent to us, to prevent scammers.

Please follow these steps before filing a report:

- Ensure you entered the correct address.
- Check with household members & neighbors.
- Ask the postal worker where they left it.
- Wait a few days! Packages sometimes show up within 2-5 days after being marked as delivered.
- File a search request @ USPS.com
- Check GPS delivery scan with USPS.

SHIPPING DELAYS:
Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. We are not responsible for shipping delays once the packages are in the hands of our shipping carrier, as arrival times are beyond our control at that point. Refund requests for packages that are still in transit within a reasonable timeframe will not be accepted.

STONE VARIATIONS:
Gemstones may differ in color, shape, or size from what is shown in the listings due to the unique nature of each stone. Additionally, variations in color display on different phone or computer screens may affect how the stones appear.
